Oz Croc (also styled as OZCROC or Ozcroc) is a short-lived Australian comic book featuring a cheeky crocodile character, subtitled "The Little Croc Wonder from Downunder".

It was written and illustrated by Australian cartoonist Geoff Augustine and published in 1988 by Budget Books Pty Ltd (with copyright held by OZ CROC PTY LTD). The book is labeled as No. 1 ("Introducing Oz Croc") and appears to be the only volume released, despite the numbering. It is a landscape-format softcover comic book with over 80–120 pages of black-and-white comic adventures, often bundled in "Lots of Laughs" collections alongside other strips like Hagar and Snake.

Geoff Augustine is a veteran Australian cartoonist whose other notable works include:The daily newspaper strip Ossie (1976–1980s, in papers like the Sydney Sun-Herald and Melbourne’s Sun News Pictorial), a suburban family humor strip.

These were small, digest-sized or pocketbook-style comics, often with color covers and black-and-white interiors, featuring self-contained stories—frequently war, western, or sci-fi adventures.
