JOHN WEEKS

I was born in Melbourne, Australia. In 1996, I decided to become totally immersed in Community Radio and the music scene. And, of course, photography!

 

And from these diverse mediums of communication and expression, I have been able to achieve a lifestyle full of creativity and inventiveness.

 

My photography has been featured on music websites, festival & concert promotional material, CD covers, music videos, and various projects on commission.

 

My photos have been published in such newspapers as The Guardian (UK), The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, Free Press Trader, Maroondah Weekly, and The Yarra Ranges Weekly.

 

My philosophy in photography is that everything that is visible hides something that is invisible so photography for me is an act of discovery.
