The program addresses these subjects in an honest, sincere and non-sensational way. Each of John’s guests is treated with the utmost respect.
The show features music of many genres (eg ambient, Celtic, electronic, contemporary style of music, 'World', Blues….).
John, a veteran broadcaster on Community radio for 29 years, is a strong supporter of the arts & entertainment scene. Through his radio programs he has promoted established and lesser-known musicians, authors, artists and achievers.
, The John Weeks Show is broadcast on the FM band, covering the following areas in Victoria, Australia: ● The Dandenong Ranges in the Shire of Yarra Ranges ● Emerald, Gembrook, Beaconsfield, Pakenham, Officer, Nar Nar Goon and Cranbourne in the Shire of Cardinia ● Ferntree Gully, the Basin and Boronia in the City of Knox. The radio signal can also be heard in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and South Gippsland.

A tribute to Ann Creber
Ann sadly passed away on Monday, 19 June 2023.
It was a joy to assist and co-present with her on her radio show, The Good Life, broadcast on 3MDR 97.1 FM, for over 13 years.
We worked well together on-air. I will cherish those memories with fondness, and knowing that we gave listeners great entertainment.
