The town was called Hate, and the people lived there seemed to exist in the shadow of fear and hate. For Sherriff Corners, lawman, could hang or jail the innocent and let the guilty ride free, according to his whim.When Edge takes a fancy to Corner's pride and joy, his daughter, the hate spreads, and the disease it brings is called death.
